End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the developer of Text to Voice. By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
The developer grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Text to Voice software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You shall not, and shall not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the App.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the App.
- Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of the developer or its affiliates.
3. Ownership
The App and all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the developer.
4. Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or the developer. The developer may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the developer expressly disclaims all warranties.
6. Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of the developer under any provision of this Agreement and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the App.
